Can I pay Daily, Weekly, or Monthly?
Yes, we do a range of membership options to suit your needs. We understand that people might not be in the area for long, or work odd hours, or even wish to try us before signing up for a membership. 

Can I pay cash?
We only accept cash for day passes and week passes, but unfortunately not for month passes.
We also accept cash payments in our cafe for our products.

 

Is there any joining fee's or transaction fee's on top of starting a membership?
Definitely not, we like to make it as easy as possible for people to sign up.

Am I locked into a contract?
Our monthly memberships are a rolling month to month contract, It's a simple direct debit that deducts from your account every month.

What's the process if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your membership you must inform us first instead of cancelling your direct debit via your bank, we require 28 days to inform our direct debit company so we can cancel your membership correctly.

Can I freeze my membership?
If you need to freeze your membership for a legitimate reason then please inform our staff to discuss length of time and how we can help.

What days are you open?
Our opening and closing times are conveniently located at the bottom of the page.

What's the minimum age to be a member or use our facilities?
16 is our minimum age but we can accommodate 14 years old providing they exercise with a parent/guardian, book an induction with a member of staff prior to training, only use the cardio equipment upstairs and the parent/guardian can provide proof or age such as a copy of passport/birth certificate etc.

How do I book an induction?
In an induction we can show you how all our equipment is used, how to turn things on/off and how adjust the equipment as well as provide some basic coaching. If you require this service you can chat with us at reception or send us an email or give us a call.

How much is personal training and how do I book a session?
All of our personal trainers are self employed and therefore charge different rates. Visit our Meet the Experts page to find out more information about them and for their individual contact details. Be prepared to pay between £30-£40 for a session but monthly deals or package deals can be a great way to save a little of the cost to make training with an expert a bit more budget friendly.
