Jamie is the owner of Premier World Fitness and opened the club back in 2013, with the goal of creating the most welcoming and supportive gym in Garforth. Since it’s opening its been a real hub of the fitness community in the area, and provides a high quality service from the facilities and his personal training.
Jamie has been a personal trainer for over 13 years and has even competed in UK and regional bodybuilding physique competitions, winning many awards and high honours in the industry. His depth of knowledge, friendly but motivating nature, and proven results with clients over the years makes him one of the best.

TREVOR BOSWELL
MANAGER / PERSONAL TRAINER

Trevor is probably the most motivated fitness fanatic you will ever meet ! Trevor has been a personal trainer for over 15 years now and has qualified in

Trevs passion is fitness and helping others! He has also competed in a masters bodybuilding show!

MAT MALLETT
PERSONAL TRAINER
Mat is Premier World Fitness’s longest serving personal trainer at the club, and the years of experience transforming his clients really shows. Mat also is part of Velocity PT Academy who help upcoming personal trainers into the industry, and Mat personally assesses the upcoming talent. He has a solid approach to his training methods and principles, and puts a big emphasis on education to help his clients understand and learn from his coaching.
Mat has worked with a diverse group of people over the years and really enjoys helping people change their lives.
PETER WAY
PERSONAL TRAINER
Pete has been in the industry for over 12 years as a personal trainer, class instructor and yoga teacher.
Pete has worked with a wide variety of the population, taught and worked in gyms abroad, and trained people with special conditions. Pete takes a more holistic and flexible approach with health & fitness and enjoys all different styles of training.

James is a highly motivated and friendly personal trainer passionate about encouraging a healthy lifestyle with his clients through a holistic approach to his coaching.
He’s a keen believer that fitness should benefit all aspects of your lifestyle and help to improve your day to day functions and overall well-being.
Having spent the last 14 years as a professional dancer and choreographer he has developed a fantastic knowledge of anatomy, strength training, and disciplined daily habits. Used to help get the most out of your body’s performance for health and longevity.
James has worked with a wide range of clients of all fitness levels and is very excited for building up a client base at Premier World Fitness.

MATT WILSON

Matt is unmissable. That's because at 6ft 4 he pretty much fills the room, but don't worry he's a gentle giant.
A competitive strongman, a superhero addict, scout leader, podcast host, Matt brings nothing but himself for his clients.
A long standing Personal Trainer here at Premier World Fitness of 6 years, he brings heaps of experience as well as Life Coaching skills to help you get the best out of your life inside and outside the gym.
