Would you like to book an induction?
Joining a new gym can be confusing and scary for a first timer - why not take advantage of having a gym induction.
We offer two types and can be purchased at reception before your session.

Induction - £10.00
One of our helpful staff will show you around the gym and teach you how to use, adjust, and advise on our equipment, making sure you're comfortable enough to use our facility on your own.

Induction Plus+ - £20.00
Exactly the same service as our induction, but we can write everything down for you so you have a basic plan to follow in the gym every time you come.
This is a one-off program.
